Registered Customers

You don't need to be a registered customer to shop on the Bombero website, www.bombero.co.uk however, the process is very simple & we do recommend registering. Registered customers can track their orders online at any time.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. For your security, online payments are transacted through SagePay, Google Checkout or PayPal. You can choose your preferred system at check-out. All systems use the most advanced security processes available to protect your card details. Your card details are never known or stored by Bombero. Telephone payments are transacted through RBS Ulster Bank secure transaction system. Your credit or debit card will be debited at the time of order. We also accept payment by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Bombero Limited. Please allow 10 days for cheque clearance. Orders will be despatched after your cheque has been cleared.

Delivery

Delivery periods are indicated against each product. We rarely fail to deliver within the indicated delivery periods & always try to improve on them. If for any reason the anticipated delivery period will be extended, we will advise you of the new delivery date by email. You can cancel your order at this point if you choose. You can email us before ordering to confirm stock & delivery details against any item. If you have a critical delivery deadline, please indicate this in the notes section of your order. We will always try to meet specific delivery requirements.

Damages

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order. You can advise us by email to: customerservices@bombero.co.uk or by telephone to: 028 9185 7891.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all orders within the UK & Republic Of Ireland. For other destinations, please contact customerservices@bombero.co.uk for delivery costs before you place your order.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.

Conclusion Of The Contract

The product’s description on the shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but, a non binding online catalogue. By clicking the button "Place Order“ you place a binding order for the goods you have added to your basket. You will receive an order confirmation by return. The contract will be concluded when we send a despatch confirmation e-mail or by the delivery of the goods. If you don’t receive a despatch confirmation e-mail or delivery of the goods within the delivery period indicated, you are not bound by the contract.

The Contract

The contract's text will be stored by us. You may store the general terms and conditions of business for your own reference. All data in connection with your order is stored in accordance with our privacy policy

Right To Cancel

If you are a consumer, you may cancel the contract within seven working days, starting the day after you have received the goods, without having to give any reason. However this period will not start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000” have been fulfilled.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return goods for a refund please contact us by email, phone or fax in the first instance. Goods returned without prior arrangement will not be accepted. We accept goods for a full refund if notified within 30 days of delivery to you. Goods which have been used, or are no longer in original packaging, can't be returned. We can’t reimburse the purchase price of goods lost in transit, consequently,  we strongly recommend that goods are fully insured. The cost of returning goods to us is yours. We do not refund any delivery charges (non UK or Ireland deliveries).

You have the right to access information collected from you and, upon request, to delete or correct such data or block access to same for advertising, marketing or public opinion research purposes.
